A new mp3 music player on the market

March 28th, 2007

I don’t know if the market needed a new mp3 music player, but here is one that looks pretty nice and doesn’t cost a lot. Insignia Company, which is a big electronics producer, has recently introduced a new, portable mp3 music player that has an average price of $79 for 1 GB mp3 storage capacity and $99 for 2GB. Insignia dubbed this model the, “Sport NS-DA1G MP3 player.”

Though the price may be low, the sound quality on this mp3 music player is very high. The Insignia does have a few drawbacks. Supposedly it was designed for active use. However, the Insignia might have looked better with user friendly buttons, and menus. Despite all that, it’s a small mp3 player, only 1.3×3.1×0.5 inches, it has a 1.2 inch OLED screen acceptable for text and mp3 info display. The screen’s quality is compromised when it comes to displaying jpeg files.

The Insignia mp3 music player is easy to use for transferring your favorite songs form your PC to its portable memory. It does not require a specific program; it just needs to be plugged into your USB and then MP3 files can be simply copied to it as you would copy files from your PC.
